+ Why were these formulated? 

Behind these formulas is a comprehensive study that highlights the gut-brain-axis in Autism Spectrum Disorder. By diving deep into the microbiome, we uncovered key differences in the microbial composition and microbial metabolic capacity of individuals experiencing specific, ASD-associated symptoms. By combining this data with informational survey responses gathered from participants, we gathered ingredients that provide symptom relief for people experiencing ASD.

+ What is inside my probiotic Neurodiverse capsule? 

From mood-support to metabolism boosters, the probiotic strains in your capsule are selected based on successful symptom relief. After extensive product purity analysis and testing, we combined the supportive strains to deliver them directly to your microbiome. All formulas contain natural ingredients with no artificial additives, making it suitable for individuals with dietary restrictions and sensitivities commonly associated with ASD. These are set formulas and cannot be adjusted.

+ What is the purpose of each of these formulations? 

Mood Support – A science-backed probiotic supplement designed to support mood regulation and overall well-being of individuals with ASD. New research suggests a significant link between gut health and brain function. By enhancing gut health, this probiotic mix aims to improve focus, reduce irritability, and stabilize mood variations associated with ASD. Pathway Support - Based on our ASD research study, this probiotic blend is meticulously designed to support metabolic regulation and has the potential to modulate the functional potential of the ASD gut microbiome. This probiotic blend aims to enhance thiamine (Vitamin B1) levels, increase gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), and target pathogenic bacteria, addressing key areas that affect cognitive and physical health in individuals with ASD.

+ I was enrolled in the Flore Research Edition Study and am currently on the custom program. Can I still try out these formulations?  

Absolutely. Please note the FAQ below if you are planning on taking multiple formulations at the same time.

+ Can I take multiple formulations at the same time? What are the potential side effects? 

Your gut is unique, and its tolerance is unique too. While it is possible to take multiple formulations at the same time, it is important to gauge how you feel. Some individuals need a higher dosage to feel any noticeable differences, while others are more sensitive and require much lower doses. Potential side effects are symptoms associated with die-off, constipation, diarrhea, or discomfort during the first 2-3 weeks of adjusting to a new probiotic. These symptoms could be mild and tolerable for some cases and subside after 2-3 weeks. Some people are unable to tolerate a higher dose and we recommend taking a fewer number of formulations at a time

+ When should I take my Neurodiverse Probiotics?   

These formulations can be taken anytime, but we suggest taking one pill every morning at least 20 minutes before breakfast. We recommend taking a pill with water.

+ How do I store my Neurodiverse Probiotics? 

We suggest your formulation to be stored at 4C or 20F-25F in the refrigerator. If stored in the fridge, your formulation will last up to one year. If stored at room temperature, your formulation will last up to one month. If you are traveling and do not have access to a refrigerator, your formulation will still be fine up to one month at room temperature.

+ What if my ice pack is warm upon receipt?  

The ice pack in your package is meant to reduce large fluctuations in temperature during transit. It is fine if your ice pack is not cold upon arrival. This will not affect your formulation’s viability. Once received, we do recommend you store your formulation in the refrigerator. This will prolong your formulation’s effectiveness up to one year. If you store at room temperature, your formulation will be good up to one month.

+ What if my child or I am unable to swallow pills?

You may open the pill and mix the powder with a beverage of choice or soft food. For adults, there will be higher efficacy in the capsule form.
